Super Summer S.L.A.M. Update!

Super Summer S.L.A.M. is our high-impact kick-off each Sunday for kids age 5 through 6th grade.

The memory verse for this coming Sunday, August 1st, is: Psalm 119:11 ("I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you.")

And the contest for the 1st is "Totally Tacky Tie Sunday!" Children should bring the tackiest, silliest, funniest neck or bow tie their family might have. They could even make their own tacky tie if they're feeling creative! Kids - be sure to get permission from your parents before bringing anything! 

Waumba Land Needs Volunteers!

Members and regular attenders of TLCC:

We are trying to structure the volunteer schedule in Waumba Land to ensure that no one will have to work a full month of Sundays. Our preference is for volunteers to serve only one Sunday per month or two at the most (but these would not be back to back). The only way for this to work is for everyone to be willing to serve. You won't just be serving our children, but also one another by making it possible for people to serve only twice a month and be a part of the service on the other Sundays. If you have questions, please see Mary Chapman (812-343-8189) or Brad Saunders (812-343-7817).

Prayer Requests

If you have a prayer request that you'd like the body of Christ at TLCC to be praying about, simply email your request(s) to: prayer.requests@terracelakecc.org  (Please note that it is our policy to only post prayer requests that have come directly from the family who is in need of the prayers in order to maintain privacy and confidentiality for that family.)

Communion Table Each Sunday

At the front, on each side of the santuary, and at the back are tables with grape juice and bread, the elements of the Lord's Supper. These are provided for those who would desire to take Communion as part of their weekly worship. If you know Jesus Christ as your personal Savior, feel free to partake in those elements at the appropriate time during our worship service. Celebration of the Lord's Supper corporately takes place on 6-8 week intervals.
